Our legal workgroup collaborates closely with national and international policymakers, the Liechtenstein FMA, the Liechtenstein Government and member companies to help shape a Liechtenstein regulatory framework that fosters and supports blockchain-based innovation. Key topics we actively monitor and contribute to include the proposed EU Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR), the EU Data Strategy, emerging EU legislative proposals on artificial intelligence (AI), as well as ongoing discussions on Decentralised Finance (DeFi) and self-sovereign identity (SSI).
