Our recent delegation to South Korea was a tremendous success, filled with insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and cultural experiences. A big thank you goes to Jin Kang and the Hashed Team, without their support, this would not have been possible. Here’s a recap of the key events:

02.09.2024: We kicked off with the Crypto Legal Symposium, co-hosted by HODL and Hashed. This event was a deep dive into the evolving legal landscape of crypto, where industry leaders exchanged valuable insights. We had the honour to meet SEC Commissioner Mark T. Uyeda.

03.-04.09.2024: Our team attended the Korea Blockchain Week Main Event, a premier platform for learning about the latest blockchain innovations. This event brought together global thought leaders, and our delegation had full access to the action.

03.09.2024: In the evening, we enjoyed a relaxed and culturally enriching experience at a traditional Korean BBQ Night & Karaoke in Seoul. It was the perfect opportunity to strengthen relationships in an informal setting.

05.-06.09.2024: The week concluded with the AI Crypto Summit, where the focus shifted towards the integration of AI in the blockchain space. With expert panels and discussions, this event provided a glimpse into the future of both industries.

05.09.2024: We also had the privilege of a private meeting with Mr. Sungjin Kim of the Financial Services Commission (FSC), attended by our delegation members Dr. Thomas Nägele and Dr. Clara Guerra. This discussion provided invaluable insights into South Korea’s regulatory environment for crypto.
