This year, the CCA made its mark at Consensus 2024 in Austin, Texas, one of the most anticipated blockchain and crypto events globally. With a packed agenda of discussions and side events, it was an exciting opportunity to showcase Liechtenstein’s leadership in blockchain regulation and foster connections across the industry.

We were proud to host a CCA Hospitality Suite, strategically located next to the conference, providing an exclusive space for meetings, networking, and events. The suite became a vibrant hub where thought leaders, lawyers, developers, and crypto enthusiasts gathered for collaboration and insightful conversations.

Key Side Events and Highlights:
ALPHA Lawyers Meetup: One of the standout moments in our Hospitality Suite was the ALPHA Lawyers Meetup. Legal experts and blockchain professionals came together to exchange ideas and discuss the evolving legal frameworks that are shaping the future of digital assets. The discussions were incredibly enriching, allowing participants to dive deep into key regulatory developments and cross-jurisdictional issues.

SOLANA House: We also attended SOLANA House, a dynamic event bringing together innovators and community leaders from the Solana ecosystem. This was a great opportunity to explore new projects and understand Solana's expanding role in decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain scalability.

DeAI Day Austin – May 30th, 2024: We were thrilled to participate in DeAI Day, a unique celebration of Free and Open Source Software (OSS) for AI. The event was a hotspot for developers, AI enthusiasts, and decentralized AI pioneers, with representatives from cutting-edge projects such as Morpheus, Filecoin Foundation, 6079.ai, and Alethea AI. The discussions and demos provided a glimpse into the future of AI and blockchain convergence, further highlighting the growing importance of decentralized technologies.

RWA Austin: Our very own Thomas Nägele was a featured speaker at RWA Austin, an invite-only event focusing on the intersection of tokenization, credit, and crypto. Thomas spoke passionately about Liechtenstein’s TVTG (Blockchain Act) and its role in setting a global benchmark for digital asset regulation. This half-day event attracted a curated group of TradFi and DeFi leaders, all committed to shaping the future of the tokenized asset industry.

Consensus 2024 proved once again to be an essential gathering for the blockchain and crypto community, and we were proud to be part of it. With new partnerships formed, innovative projects explored, and insights shared, we look forward to further engaging with this growing ecosystem.
