CCA Membership Application Form

The CCA welcomes natural as well as legal persons as a member. Members might get discounts for events organized by the Association or to which the CCA is invited. The members get this kind of informations via the website or by email. The management board is doing its best to provide the members with further benefits. Members also gain first-hand information.

Confirmations:

1. By applying, you confirm that you have read and fully understood the documents provided and agree to be bound by their terms.
2. By applying for membership, you expressly consent to the processing and storage of your personal data by the Association. This includes maintaining a membership list and sharing details with relevant authorities or service providers selected by the Board of Directors, as required for the ordinary course of business or for legal and/or regulatory purposes.
3. By applying for membership, you consent to your contact details being made available to other members (including firm name, contact person’s details, social media links, email addresses, and phone numbers).
4. By applying for membership, you agree not to disclose to third parties any confidential information, such as working group documentation, provided by the Association and/or other members. Additionally, you agree not to engage in sales activities at Association events. You also acknowledge and agree that any intellectual property related to work products or materials produced by the Association and/or its working groups shall be the property of the Association.
5. By applying for membership, you agree to being photographed at events and mentioned in materials such as press releases and social media related to the Association, its events, and activities.
6. By applying for membership, you consent to being included on the Association's public members list, which may be featured on the Association's website and may include your firm name, logo, and social media links.
7. By applying, you confirm that you have the legal authority to represent the Company (in the case of a corporate membership).

Membership is conditional upon:

1. the Board determining that you are eligible to become a member and
2. receipt of current membership fees.

By submitting this form and applying to become a member, you agree to comply with and be fully bound by the current Articles of Association of the Association and any policy, rules or guidelines that may be adopted from time to time.
